i like cloaks... but a cycletime could be okay... but 1 minute cooldown? you just warp between two points or dont do anything at all, cuz of slow probers... and cheaters gonna do that all by bot anyway... only concord can turn off ship systems and...

well, actually its better to have 5 times the chance to jam one target, than only 1 time the chance to jam 5 targets... but regarding only sending in one drone to attack, why not implement something like "Drones: Order 1 drone to attack target" a...
